Winifred M." Winnie" Brownsberger, age 78, of Montrose, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Appleton City Manor, Appleton City, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Montrose, Missouri. The Rosary will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the church with the funeral mass to follow. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Montrose, Missouri. Winnie was born in Montrose, Missouri. She was a Certified Nurses Aid working at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital from 1978 to 2000. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Montrose.

She si survived by her four children, Sheila Basye of Webb City, Missouri, Jeff Brownsberger and R. J. Brownsberger, both of Montrose, Missouri and C. L. Brownsberger of Blue Springs, Missouri; three sisters, Audrey Heuenfeldt of Raytown, Missouri, Sue Goth of Montrose, Missouri and Dorritt Caulfield of Vilona, Arkansas as well as seven grancchildren and two great grandchildren.
