William
Weber
Dec 31, 1936 — Apr 10, 2026
Oak Grove
William (Bill) Anton Weber of Oak Grove ended his earthly journey peacefully on April 10th, 2026 surrounded by family. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 17, 2026 at the St. Jude's Catholic Church in Oak Grove, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00AM prior to the service.
William was born on Dec. 31st, 1936 to John and Wilhelmina Weber. He proudly served in the Navy beginning 1954 after graduation from DeLasalle. After the Navy he completed Findley Engineering and began working for Lake City Arsenal. He also, was reconnected with the love of his life, whom, when he was nine asked if she wanted to see his pet mouse at a Birthday Party. William and Patrica were joined in marriage on Sept 10, 1960. After several moves, they chose a quiet farm South of Oak Grove to raise their family and enjoy each other. Bill spent countless hours tinkering in his shop honing his woodworking skills building numerous pieces for family and friends or refinishing whatever antique that might have been drug home knowing we knew someone who could "fix" it.
William and Patricia were founding members of St Judes Catholic church and quickly became part of the Dirty Dozen, well that's what they called themselves and had a great time throughout the years not only serving their Church, but creating many memories that will last beyond.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents John and Wilhelmina, his two brothers John and Tommy.
He is survived by his loving wife and partner in crime Patricia, his Sister Frances Thompson, his children Daniel (Glenda) Weber of Odessa, Jeff (Karen) Weber of Lone Jack, Michael Weber of Oak Grove, Megan (Lance) of Blairstown. His Grand Children, David, Patrick (Lindsay), Ethan, Jacob (Kamryn), Mariah, Natalie, Caroline and his first Great Granddaughter Macyn May. Several Nieces and Nephews and many friends that became part of the family along the way.
He will be deeply missed, but we know there are cards being played, libations being had and polka music playing somewhere.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
