William "Keith" Miller, age 46, of Blairstown, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, November 20, 2015 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the William "Keith" Miller Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home. Keith was born February 16, 1969 in Henry County, Missouri the son of Ray and Mary Kay (Cooper) Miller. He graduated from Montrose High School in 1987. He was a member of IBEW Union #53 from 1988-2012. Keith loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed the outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Don Miller, and his grandparents.

Survivors include his daughter, Savanah Wren Miller of Ft. Jones, California, mother, Mary Kay Miller of the home, significant other, Donna Yoder of the home, one sister, Beth George (Jeff) of Clinton, Missouri, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends.
