William Frank Blevins, age 48, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Monday, July 5, 2010 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be
2:30 P.M. Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. Billy was born in Gainsville, Florida the son of Harold Dee and Barbara Marlene (Gocek) Blevins.
He was a horse trainer. He was a member of the Golden Valley Rodeo Association.

He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Charles Lee Blevins; a niece, Misty Dawn Morris and a nephew, Roland Allen Blevins, and a great niece, Rebecca.

He is survived by his mother, Marlene Blevins of the home; his wife, Athlene Blevins of Clinton; three sons, William Frank Blevins and wife, Monica of St. Louis, Missouri and Cody Allen Blevins and Christopher Blevins, both of Clinton, Missouri; two grandson, Zachary Blevins and Dominic Blevins; and seven brothers and sisters, Linda Marlin and Jerry Daniel of Harrisonville, Misssouri, Deborah Blevins of Carthage, Missouri, Harold Dee Blevins Jr. and wife, Rebecca of Lowry City, Missouri, Cindy Heckadon of Adrian, Missosuri, Dewayne Blevins and wife, Lynne of Souix Falls, South Dakota, Theresa Estep of Urich, Missouri and Harold Dee Dee Blvins of Clinton, Misssuri, Numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
