William (Bill) Everett DeLozier, age 86, of Deepwater, Missouri passed away peacefully September 4, 2026 at his home. William's wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Deepwater, Deepwater, Missouri. Bill was born in Pasadena, CA, on September 19th , 1939, to Theodore and Opal Brown DeLozier, formerly of Deepwater. Bill joined the Army in September of 1956 and served in the DMZ in Korea. He later served with the 82nd Airborne in Vietnam in 1962. When Bill returned to Deepwater, he established DeLozier's Auto Body. After he sold the body shop, Bill continued to restore older vehicles. Bill was an avid reader. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and making metal art that he often gave as gifts.

Bill married the love of his life, Carolyn Martz DeLozier, on May 15th,1957. She preceded him in death on July 31st, 2001. He was also preceded in death by his youngest child, Andrew Theodore DeLozier.

Bill was proud of his military service and served his community as a School Board member, Mayor, and in various other positions.

His surviving family members are as follows; Daughter, Sherry (Roy) Hamilton, of Greeneville, TN, along with their son and grandchildren, Geoffrey (Julia) Hamilton, Kylie and Danielle, and their son and grandchildren, Phillip (Nicholle) Hamilton, Leland and Carolyn. Son, Dion (Sharon) DeLozier, of Powhattan, VA. And son, Michael Hammond. Daughter, Tina Peacock, of Exeter, CA, along with her son and granddaughter, Jason and Emily; son and grandchildren, Shaun and Brandon, Patrick, Emersyn, Addisyn, Carson and Hudson. Daughter, Lisa Navarro, of Richland, WA, along with her daughter, Liana, son and grandchildren, Timothy (Regan) Navarro, Adeline, Liam, Isaiah, Skylar, Ashton, and Bentley, and daughter, Olivia. Son, Andrew DeLozier (Deceased), and daughters, Sabrina and Sydney.

Services have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
