Vona L. Hinkle, age 80 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with interment in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, husband Herman, and sons Bill, Jan, Robert, Herman Eddie, and David.

Survivors include her children, Vickie Moreland, Sharon Stephens, Karen Meisner, Jon Hinkle, all of Clinton, Ronnie Dines, Sheldon, Missouri, and Susan Robinson, Lee's Summit, Missouri; her sisters Janet Cooper, Greenfield, Missouri and Wilma Dines, Appleton City, Missouri.

Vona was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family visiting and playing skipbo. We will miss her big smile and feisty spirit.
