Tyra A. Young, age 49 of Deepwater, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 5, 2006 at St. Luke's Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at the Deepwater Baptist Church, Deepwater, Missouri with burial in the Lowry City Cemetery, Lowry City, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Tuesday at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to the American Kidney Foundation and may be left at the funeral home.

Tyra is survived by one son, Chris Young; three grandchildren, Danielle Young, Devin Young and Dalton Young and her mother, Yvonne Sartain, all of Deepwater, Missouri; two brothers, Terry Childers of Oak Grove, Missouri and Troy Cross of Kansas City, Missouri and one sister, Tracy Myers of Lake Anders, South Dakota.
