Thomas F. Green, age 79 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Monday, October 1, 2007 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to the Fraternal Order of Eagles Cancer Fund and may be sent to the funeral home.

Tom was a Navy veteran of W.W. II. He was a machine operator for Delco-Remy before he retired. He was a greeter at Walmart in Clinton for eight years. He was a member of the V.F.W., AMVETS and the American Legion, all in Olathe, Kansas and a member of the Eagles in Clinton.

He is survived by his son, Darel Green of Olathe, Kansas; three daughters, Patricia Soderholm and Annette Walton, both of Clinton and Sharon Mayes and husband, Dennis of Olathe, Kansas as well as six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and his loving companion, Pearl Leavelle.
