Teresa was born May 30, 1961 in Mt. Vernon, Missouri the daughter of Frank and Ella Mae (Muncy) Kelley. Teresa married Jerry Welch, and to this union two sons were born; Kelly and Jeremy Welch. She spent her early adult life working in nursing, until she met the Winkler family and worked for them for 20 years serving people in Lincoln, Missouri. In 2015 she moved to Clinton where she made many friendships serving the patrons of Square 109 restaurant. Teresa gave her life to Jesus at a very young age. She felt her calling was to be back in nursing at this time and became employed at Jefferson Gardens. Teresa loved gardening, feeding the hummingbirds and spending time with her grandkids.

Above all, Teresa was the Mom of all Moms to her boys, and entire family. She worked tirelessly day and night to make sure everyone was well taken care of. She never missed a beat. She would literally give the shirt off her back for those she loved.

Teresa is preceded in death by her father Frank Kelley, her husband Jerry Welch, and her son Jeremy Welch.

Survivors include; 2 sons Kelly Welch (Mary) of Clinton, MO and Shawn Goff of OK, 3 grandsons Anthony Welch of Lincoln, MO, Jackson Welch of Clinton, MO and Ian Welch of Clinton, MO, 1 granddaughter Alyssa Goff of OK, her mother Ella Mae Kelley of Clinton, MO, and her sister Connie Ripperger (Terry) of Blue Springs, MO, as well as many nieces, nephews and brother/sister-in-laws. And tons of friends-Teresa never met a stranger.

As she most often said ending each conversation "I love you to the moon and back." Same to you Mom.
