Steven E. Johnson passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at St. Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas. At this time the family is holding a private memorial and at a later date will host a fish fry in his honor. Steve was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to Gary and Diane Johnson. Steve was united in marriage to Anita in February 2009.

Steve enjoyed spending time with his wife, sons, grandchildren, family and his beloved dogs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and talking sports with his brothers and nephews. He also enjoyed smoking food on the smoker.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa, his parents, Gary and Diane, his uncle and aunt, Dennis and Nancy Dean.

Survivors include his wife Anita of the home, sons; Cole, Benny (Heather) all of Harrisonville, Missouri, his brothers; AJ (Amanda) of Clinton, Missouri, Troy of California, Missouri, 2 grandchildren; Isabella and Daphine, his nieces and nephews; Eliza, Decon and when he's done being stubborn like his great uncle Brodie.
