Sandy K. Engel, age 71 years, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at her home in Clinton, Missouri. Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Inurnment will follow at the Carpenter Cemetery in Chilhowee, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Sandra Engel Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home. Sandy was born August 13, 1943 in Henry County, Missouri the daughter of James and Marjorie (McIntire) Marksberry. She was a homemaker. Sandra enjoyed gardening, decorating her home for the holidays, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Shane and Johnny Jim, and one sister, Sharon Compton.

Survivors include her longtime companion, Bob Montgomery of Clinton, MO; two grandchildren, John Kyle Engel of Blairstown, MO and Ambra of Clinton, MO; daughter-in-law, Lorrie Engel of Blairstown, MO; one niece, Shanda Gray; one nephew, Brett Gray (Tina) and their 3 children.
