Roy I. Foster, age 78 of Windsor, Missouri passed away Monday, October 25, 2010 at Missouri Veterans Home, Warrensburg, Missouri. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 29, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Roy was a service station owner. He was a life time member of the V.F.W., Clinton, Missouri, the American Legion, Windsor, Missouri and the First Baptist Church, Windsor, Missouri.

Survivors include his wife, Lela of the home and one daughter, Melani Treece and husband Michael of Litchfield, Illinois; two brothers Rev. James Foster and David Foster both of Raytown, Missouri; three sisters Frances Lightner and Ruth Thornton both of Springfield, Missouri, and Mary Lou Eaton, Blue Springs, Missouri; and three grandchildren Sean Treece, Logan Treece and Dylan Treece.
