Ronald R. Hudgens, age 76, of Clinton, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, Missouri. A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. Inurnment at a later date in Utica Cemetery, Utica, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association and can be left in care of the funeral home. Ronald was born August 16, 1936 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Henry and Emma (Orzechosvski) Hudgens. He served in the U.S. Air Force. Ronald worked as a lineman for KCP&L for 31 years.

He was preceded in death by his son, Richard, parents and all of his siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Doris of the home, son, Kurt Kirmse of North Kansas City, Missouri, daughter, Debbie Cherkas of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
