Ronald Wayne Burt, age 73 of Windsor, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Research Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Mt. Zion, Missouri. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Thursday at the chapel. Family suggests contributions to the Mt. Zion Cemetery and may be left at the funeral home. Ronald was born in Brownington, Missouri. He worked for Western Electric, Lee's Summit, Missouri as a machinist. He was married to Patricia Sue Hudgens on July 23, 1960 and they made their home in the Kansas City area. To this union four children were born. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 82, Windsor, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff Melvin and Hazel Florene (Manuel) Burt and two sisters.

He is survived by his children, Ronald Wayne Burt II of Lincoln, Missouri, Brian Scott Burt of St. Louis, Missouri, Kimberley Sue Weiland and husband, Randy of Warsaw, Missouri and Tricia An Ailor of Lincoln, Missouri; a brother, Dwight Dee Burt of Kansas City, Missouri; a sister, Fonda Rae Burt of Bolivar, Missouri as well as ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
