Rodney Eugene Hicks, age 57, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at his home in Deepwater, MO. Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Rodney was a Local 101 Hoisting and Portable Engineers member.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Maynard Hicks.

Among survivors are his mother, Dolores Hicks, of the home, two sons; Michael Jarod Hicks, and Rodney Eric Hicks, one brother, Richard Hicks of Kansas City, KS, and two sisters; Roxanne Hale and husband Russell, and Debbie Gumm and Michael Smith, both of Kansas City, KS.
