Rodger Clark Buxton, Jr. age 68 of Clinton, Missouri passed away March 14, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Memorial Services will be 12:30 P.M., Sunday, March 19,2006 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Clinton, Missouri with burial at Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery. A lunch will follow the service at the church. Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Rodger was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a fork lift operator for General Motors.

Rodger was preceded in death by parents, Rodger Buxton, Sr. and Bernice Ryder Buxton; one son, David Buxton, Sr. and one grandson, Dakota Ashburn.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of the home; one son, Rodger C. Buxton III of Wellington, Missouri; four daughters, Robin Ashburn and Kandi Brooke and husband, Mike, all of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Kelly Grechus of Wellington, Missouri, Renee Beatty and husband, Bill; one step daughter, Carol Tanksley and husband Danny of Lone Jack, Missouri; one step son, Robert Seaton and wife, Becky of Overland Park, Kansas; three sisters, Gay Phillips and husband, Jerry of Independence, Missouri, Anna Ford and husband, Gary of Holden, Missouri and Carol Gray and husband, Larry of Eldora do Springs, Missouri as well as twenty three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
