Robert Neal Scrogham, Jr., son of Robert Neal Scrogham, Sr. and Edith Madeline (Parratt) Scrogham, was born January 6, 1956 in Clinton, Missouri and he passed away at his home in Clinton on October 4, 2005 at the age of 49 years.

He was born and grew up in Clinton. He worked for Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in the Distribution Center and then he worked in construction work before he retired due to health problems.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one son, Bobby Scrogham of Clinton; one daughter, Melissa Scrogham, Osceola, Missouri; one brother, "'Gary Vallentine and wife, Connie of Clinton; one sister, Sandra Nance and husband Wayne of Deepwater, Missouri; as well as three grandchildren, Hunter, Madison and Paige Thompson.

Graveside services and burial were held at the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Nolan Rutter officiating. Casket bearers were David Day, Willie Collins, Ted Switzer, Brandon Easter, Terry Wallace and Mike Vallentine.

Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
