Robert S. Angle, age 85 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral Services will be Friday September 29, 2006 at the First Presbyterian Church, Clinton with burial in the Englewood Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church and may be left at Vansant-Mills Funeral Home.

Robert was a farmer and a stockman for the majority of his life.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Beulah Angle, one daughter, Jennifer Angle, one son, Robert Fletcher Angle, and a brother, William "Jack" Angle.

Robert is survived by his wife Laverne, of the home, a daughter, Sherry Rein and husband, Marlin L., of Clinton, Missouri, one granddaughter, Abby Zavos and husband Chuck, of Liberty, Missouri, and two great grandchildren, Amara and Eli Phillips.
