Richard E. Justis, age 85 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 26, 2009 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Richard was born in Clinton, Missouri where he lived most of his life. He served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn, of the home; his daughters Janet Justis, of Clinton, Missouri and Dona Justis of Las Vegas, Nevada; his son Ricky Justis, of Jamestown, California; one sister Sarah Loyd, of Clinton, Missouri as well as two grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
