Raymond A. Mothersbaugh age 81 of Clinton, MO, passed away, Monday, May 13, 2013 at Golden Living Center-Westwood, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Clinton Memory Gardens, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Clinton Elks Lodge 1034, Crossroads Hospice, or charity of choice and can be left in care of the funeral home. Raymond was born November 22, 1931 in Lincoln, Missouri the son of Francis Alfred and Nellie Lucille (Morganstern) Mothersbaugh. He was a member of the American Legion, Elks Lodge, and Eagles Lodge. He was also a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley of the home; son, Larry Mothersbaugh (Gail) of Clinton, Missouri; two daughters, Judy Batschelett (Kent) of Clinton, Missouri and Janice Slusser (Bill) of Independence, Missouri; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Ryan), Jessica Slusser, Nicole Roper (Nick), Lana Monard (Chad), and Willie Cook; and 7 great-grandchildren; Trent Smith, Emery Delao, Gavin Hilte, Garrett Hilte, Gracie Hilte, Dalton Cook, and Keaton Cook.
