Raymond Jones was a special man and a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa and brother. We thank God for blessing us with such a great man. He took pride in being a man of his word, and he valued honesty. He always worked hard, used good judgment, and he enjoyed the simple things in life. Put a fishing pole, gun, or his metal detector in his hand and he was ready to go in a flash. He had a special smile, a caring heart, and a warm embrace that was worth a million dollars.

To his children in their troubles and their joys, he took pride in all achievements and mistakes and he was always there for his two boys, Brian and Stephen. With his eight grandchildren Ashley, Kayley, Tanner, Mariah, Sierra, Shianne, Addi and Carter he looked for ways to tease them. Once he came home from work and he started teasing Mariah and he said the highlight of his day was thinking of ways to tease her.

Raymond was born January 21, 1953 to Ira Lowell and Akiko Jones and to this union four children Myrna Hilty, Ronnie Jones, Raymond Jones and Marilyn Hankins joined the family. Each brother and sister shared a closeness and they enjoyed being together. Raymond had several nieces, nephews, and he was a good uncle.

Survivors include his wife, Pat and two sons Brian Bauer and Stephen Jones of the home; one brother Ronald and wife Joan Jones of Altus, Oklahoma, and two sisters, Myrna and husband Stan Hilty of Clinton and Marilyn and husband Keith Hankins of Stockton, Missouri.

Raymond was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cards.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell and Akiko Yoshida Jones.
