Raymond Harold Houts, age 94 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2007 at the Clinton United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Green Room at the Church. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 24, 2007 at the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Clinton United Methodist Church and may be left in care of the Vansant-Mills Funeral Home.

Raymond was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church, the Clinton Rotary Club, the Rural Fire Dept., the Red Cross, he was a Champion Blood Donor of Henry County, and a free-lance Professional Photographer for KCP&L Montrose Power Station.

He is survived by two daughters, Patsy Miller and husband Robert L., of Fayette, Missouri, and Ruth Steele and husband James E. Steele, Jr., of Mound City Mo.; six grandchildren, Linda Ragene Miller, James Yates Miller, Melinda Graves, William Steele, Wesley Steele, Lee McClelland; nine great-grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
