Phillip Lee Stephens, age 71, of Windsor, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Clinton Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 22, 2025 in Norris Cemetery, Hartwell, MO.  We will be leaving in procession from the Funeral Home at 12:30 PM If you would like to join the procession to the cemetery.

Phillip Lee Stephens was born on March 10, 1954 in Clinton, Missouri, the son of Vernon and Daisy (Goft) Stephens. Phillip worked as an electrician for AC Electric for several years. He enjoyed fishing and taking family trips to Branson. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his son-Bo Johnson, his grandson- Jared Gardner, his mother-Daisy Stephens, his father-Vernon Stephens, brother-Larry Stephens, sisters-Patricia Paige, Joann Hudgens, and Debbie Kuhen.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Kay Stephens, his two sons: Vernon Stephens and wife Jess, JR Stephens, and daughter: Becky Gardner and husband Earl, daughter-in-law: Jo Johnson, 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
