Paul Waren Wilson age 44 of Clinton, MO passed away Sunday August 5 ^th . A funeral service for Paul will be on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 11AM at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Logan's College Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Paul was a lifelong member of the Clinton community. He graduated from Clinton Senior High with the Class of 1991. After high school, Paul went on to graduate from State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO with an Associate's Degree and later transferred to Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree.

Paul began his career in the banking industry in 1989 with Union State Bank and stayed on throughout several name changes until 2006 with Hawthorn Bank. After leaving the bank he continued his banking career path working with Jack Henry & Associates installing and supporting banking software across the United States from 2007-2018. Paul was a natural leader and passionate about his trade. He thrived on the challenges of the job and loved working with his conversion teams.

Outside of his dedication to his career, Paul was a beloved father, grandson, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He had an infectious spirit and loved to laugh. He loved spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and telling stories. He loved to tease his nephews and cousins by reminiscing on the good old days and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He certainly was not scared of a hard day's work.

Paul leaves behind his son Logan Wilson and his Mother Jennifer Dempsey Wilson of Clinton. He also leaves behind his beloved parents, Dennis and Shirley Wilson, Maternal Grandmother Alberta Louise Crawford, one brother Jeremy Wilson and wife Chrissy, two nephews Hayden and Riley Wilson along with a host of cousins, family, and friends.

Paul was proceeded in death by his Paternal Grandparents Paul and Lena Wilson, his Maternal Grandfather Raymond Crawford, and three uncles Tommy Lynn Crawford, Raymond Earl Crawford Jr and Gary Wilson.
