It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann (Goslin) Burton on August 29th, 2024 in Ozark, Missouri.  A Celebration of Life service will be held 6:00 PM on Friday September 20, 2024 at The Downtown Church (413 E Walnut St) in Springfield, Missouri. A private family burial will take place in Vansant Road Cemetery in Clinton, Missouri at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the State Fair Community College Nursing Program and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Patricia was born on January 29th, 1954 in Clinton, Missouri. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1972.  She then went on to graduate with an associates degree in nursing from State Fair Community College in 1984 and served as class president.  She lived her life serving others primarily as an operating room nurse at Mercy (St. Johns) in Springfield, Missouri for over 30 years. She enjoyed crafting, spending time with family, reading, and going on cruises to the Caribbean with her sister annually for 20 years.

She is survived by her son, Brent Burton and wife Laura of Springfield, Missouri, and her "pride and joy" grandchildren, Genevieve and Archer Burton. Sister, Pam Hargrave and husband Dean of Clinton, MO. Niece, Jessica Jones and husband Tony, and their children Isaac, Elias, and Lucy of Lee's Summit, Missouri. Also leaves behind numerous other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents Franklin and Gertrude Goslin of Clinton, Missouri.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
