Nettie Lucille Schmidli, age 89 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Graveside services will be 11:30 AM., Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Finey Cemetery, Deepwater, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM. to 11 :00 AM. Saturday at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to the Northeast Baptist Church, Clinton and may be left at the funeral home.

Lucille was born in Deepwater, Missouri, the daughter of Antonia and Nettie L. Sullivan Ferro. She was married to Hansler H. Schmidli who preceded her in death on February 10, 1992. She was a member of the Northeast Baptist Church, Clinton.

Also preceding her in death are her parents; one daughter, Lois Ross; two grandchildren, Mark Duke and David Juel as well as two sisters, Virginia Downing and Albino Childress and two brothers, Leno Ferro and Bert Ferro.

She is survived by two children, Betty Duke and Ed Schmidli, both of Clinton; four grandchildren, Mitch Duke, Chris Juel, Abby Schmidli and Stacey Davis and six great grandchildren, Brandon Davis, Jacey Davis, Katie Anspaugh, Westley Schmidli, Ian David Juel and Annab Marie Juel as well as one brother, Lawrence Ferro of Clinton and two sisters, Juanita Ferro of John Knox Village, Lee's Summit, Missouri and Hazel Walsh of Independence, Missouri.
