Myrtle S. Geisinger, age 94 of Lowry City, Missouri passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Truman Lake Manor Nursing Home, Lowry City, Missouri. Graveside services will be 12 noon at the Yeater Cemetery, Osceola, Missouri. Family will receive friends at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2010. Myrtle was born January 4, 1916 in Hickory County, Missouri, the daughter of Clyde and Pearl (De Fleece) Jamison.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles M. Smith; second husband, Charles Geisinger; children, Charlene Smith, Merrill Smith and Charles Smith; brother Jay Jamison and sister, Sylvia Powell.

Myrtle is survived by her daughter, Patricia McCandless and daughter-in-law, Susan Smith both of Clinton; one sister, Erma Woodward of Clinton; six grandchildren,Mark McCanless, Michael McCandless, Todd McCandless, Chad Smith, Clay Smith and Matt Smith and their families; thirteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends.
