Mildred L. Harrelson, age 89 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Friday, July 3, 2009 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Mrs. Harrelson will lie in state from 12 Noon to 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital and may be left at the funeral home. Mildred was born in Worland, Missouri. She was married to John William Harrelson who preceded her in death on December 1, 1975. She was a nurses aid and E.M.T. working at the Wetzel Hospital and Golden Valley Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Clinton.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Williams and husband, Ron and Deborah Harrelson and husband, David Preston of the home; one son, Michael Harrelson and wife, Sammi of Olathe, Kansas; five grandchildren, Michelle Mason, Melinda Owens, Lori Harris, Andrea Mucha and Zachary Harrelson-Preston and seven great grandchildren, Olivia Harris, Chloe Harris, Evan Harris, Ruby Jane Harris, Logan Mucha, Lauren Owens and Seth Owens.
