Michelle Renee (Lamczyk) McCormack was born on March 29 ^th , 1970 in Pinckneyville, Illinois to Eugene and Dorothy Lamczyk. Michelle married Roy McCormack on November 26 ^th , 2005 and had retired after years of working in the community.

Michelle is survived by her parents Eugene and Dorothy Lamczyk; her husband Roy of the home; two brothers Michael Lamczyk and Gene Lamczyk, Jr.
