Michael John Good, age 76, passed away on October 27, 2025. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 13th, 5:00-7:00 pm at Holy Rosary Church, Clinton, MO and visitation Friday, November 14th, 10 am - 11 am also at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 14th, at 11:00 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Clinton, MO. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Illinois will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church or the Henry County Historical Society and Museum and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Born February 4, 1949, in Oak Park, Illinois, Mike made Clinton, Missouri his home for more than 35 years. A gentle and humble man, he devoted his life to faith, family, and service.

Mike attended St. Luke's Elementary, Fenwick High School, and Loyola University in Chicago. After moving to Clinton in the 1980s, he cared for his great-aunt, Agnes Beckwith, until her passing at age 99. He worked at the Henry County Library for more than 25 years and continued volunteering after retirement. Mike also volunteered with the Henry County Historical Society and Museum.

A fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus and devoted parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Mike was known for his warm spirit and homemade chocolate-chip cookies. He loved fishing and trains, especially "chasing trains" with family, and cherished local church dinners and festivals.

He is survived by his siblings Ray "Randy" Good III, Peter Good (Joan), Bob Good (Lori), Carol Good, and John Good; niece Amanda Mitchell, nephews Kevin, Tim and Dan, and Dan's children Colin and Amelia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Winifred Good, sister Patricia "Pat" Mitchell (Vern) and sister-in-law Jacqueline "Jackie" Good.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
