Mary L. Jerome, age 70 years, of Blairstown, Missouri passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. Mary was born October 25, 1944 in Clinton, Missouri the daughter of Arthur and Eunice (Norcross) Clark. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at the Northeast Baptist Church, and also a member of the Henry County 4-H Extension Council and the Norris Neighborly Club. Mary enjoyed showing horses, flowers and gardening, and quilting. She loved her grandbabies and great-grandbabies dearly.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-law, Terry Mansfield.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry of the home; her son, Gene Jerome (Debbie) of Blairstown, Missouri; her daughter, Carla Jean Beckman (Pat) of Columbia, Missouri; two sisters, Wanda Mansfield and DeAnn Harms both of Clinton, Missouri; three grandchildren, Bradley Beckman, Abbie Cardwell (Roy), and Jessica Thornley (fiancé Cody); and four great-grandchildren, Allie, Haylie, and Pate Cardwell, and Grant Claus.
