Mark W. Lewis, age 68 passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eagles Lodge #3667 in Clinton, Missouri. He will be buried at Simmerwell Cemetery in Wakarusa, Kansas at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the VFW of Odessa, Missouri and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Mark "Louis" Wayne Lewis was born in Wichita, Kansas to George Milton Lewis and Betty Benta (Haugsness) Brannam. He graduated high school from Washburn Rural High School. He later moved to Clinton, Missouri where he raised his four children. Mark spent many years in the Odessa, Missouri community.
