Marian Lynn Simmons, age 53, of Clinton, Missouri passed away at her home in Clinton, on Wednesday June 9, 2010. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marian Lynn Simmons Memorial Fund and left in care of the funeral home. Marian was born in Long Beach, California. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Paul Cooley and an infant brother, Billy Ranual Baker.

Marian is survived by her father, Ralph Baker of McEwen, Tennessee; her mother, Marian Cooley of Harrisonville, Missouri; her fiance', Michael Luckan of Butler, Missouri; two daughters, Angie Keenom of Danbury, Texas and Ashley Reno of Windsor, Missouri; three brothers, Jerry Baker of Buckner, Missouri, Rick Baker of Harrisonville, Missouri and Cody Cooley of Lane, Kansas; two sisters, Kelly Harrelson of Clinton, Missouri and Shelly Carver of Freeman, Missouri; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
