Margaret Ann Spangler, age 88 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 5, 2008 at her home. Funeral Services will be 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at the Clinton United Methodist Church with burial in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Margaret will lie in state from 12 Noon to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to the Twin Lakes Hospice, Clinton or the 3rd Floor I.R.F. Unit of Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Margaret was born in Clinton, Missouri. She was married to R.T. Spangler who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church, the P.E.O. Sisterhood, Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, Meadowlake Country Club and the Henry County Historical Society.

She is survived by her three children, Susan Braun and husband, Fred of Clinton, Missouri, Taylor L. Spangler of Locust Grove, Georgia and Dudley S. Spangler and wife, Glenda of Shanghai, China; three grandchildren, Matthew Braun, Joshua Braun and Scott Spangler; her loving companion, Herb Stockton and William the cat.
