Marcus Irvin Mullen, age 78 years, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin passed away Friday, January 31, 2020 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, MO.

Marcus was born February 19, 1941 in Chilhowee, MO the son of Max and Ellen (Smith) Mullen. He lived in Chilhowee during his childhood and graduated from there in 1958.

Marcus worked as a laborer, mechanic, construction worker, then as an engineer for the railroad. While Marcus worked as an engineer he traveled and worked his way up the ranks. Marcus retired from the railroad in Beaver Dam, WI. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Marcus also had a ham radio license and many friends around the nation knew him as Mark W9MIM.

Marcus was preceded in death by his mother, father, wife Judy, sister Ann Reiter and a grandson Matthew.

Marcus is survived by a brother Terry (Sue) Mullen, Clinton 5 sons, Christopher (Della) Mullen, Eudora, KS, Mike (Shelly) Mullen, Urich, MO, Tim Mullen, Clinton, Jeff (Pam) Mullen, Windsor, MO, Mark Mullen, LA, 2 daughters, Tamara (Ken) Herdman, App leton City, MO, Lisa (Gary) Wunrow, Steven Point, WI, 20+ grandchildren , and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Marcus was loved and will be missed by everyone. The good news is, we will see him again one day. R.I.P Dad

Memorial services were held January 31, 2020 at Save Our World Ministries, Clinton MO with Rev. Don Brown officiating. Inurnment followed in Chilhowee Cemetery, Chilhowee, MO.

Arrangements were entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
