Kathryn Lucille Borum Williams was born May 12, 1923 to Leland Kelly and Sarah Maye Schneider Borum west of Deepwater, MO and passed away Tuesday, Jannuary 22, 2013 at her daughter's home in Nixa, MO. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 2 P.M. at Vansant-Mills Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Hopewell Cemetery, Montrose, Missouri. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Vansant-Mills Chapel. The family suggests memorials to the Alpha Christian Children's Home, Perry, Kansas. Lucille held many jobs beginning when she was young, staying with elderly people and families who needed child care, waitressing, and as a typist at Burnham's and Julian's Hatcheries, Henry County Extension Office, Riffel's Flowers and owner of the Williams Dairy Dip on Highway 7 west of Clinton. She married Richard Enoch Williams May 12, 1943 and lived in the Piper area west of Clinton, MO. To this union, three children were born; Gail, Gary, and Annette.

She was a member of Ladue Christian Church where she taught Sunday School and Hopedale Baptist Church in Ozark. She was a member of the Clinton Garden Club, Poly Credo Bible Club, Henrietta Homemaker's Club, Henry County Historical Society, and the West Central Genealogical Society.

She is survived by her children: Gail and Nolan Holman of Nixa, MO, Gary and Marie Williams of Springfield, MO, Annette and Carl Baxter of Riverton, WY; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren plus two to be revealed this summer, five sisters and three brothers.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Richard, infant grandson, Joe Woods, brothers, Kenneth (Buster) Borum, Herman (Jack) Borum, and sister June Millam.
