Loy L. Robertson, age 87, Warsaw, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Lincoln Community Nursing Home, Lincoln, Missouri. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 P.M. prior to service at chapel. Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. Loy was a truckdriver, owning his own business Robertson/Williams Transportation. He was a member of the American Legion Post 499 in Blue Springs, Missouri. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the Army Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Viona of the home; four sons, Michael Robertson, Peculiar, Missouri, Pat Robertson, Lee's Summit, Missouri, Ronnie Robertson, Warsaw, Missouri, and Paul Drew, Blue Springs, Missouri; two brothers, Sam Robertson, Cope, Colorado and Donald Robertson, Los Angeles, California; and one sister, Margaret McGowan, San Antonio, Texas; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Loy was preceded in death by his parents Ezra & Mamie Cox Robertson, sister Ruby Westfall and brother Jack Robertson.
