Lillian Woods passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at her home in Clinton, Missouri. Lillian's wishes were to be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time.

Lillian M. Woods was born on August 25, 1947 in Vinita, Oklahoma to Corban and Nora (Carr) Whipple.

Lillian was a Cub Scout Leader, Girls Scout Leader, and a member of the Central School District PTA. She enjoyed sewing, and crocheting hats for the school kids and baby blankets for the Door of Hope. She also enjoyed camping and fishing and loved Colorado, Oklahoma and Kansas. Her favorite Holiday was Thanksgiving because of the family gathering together. She was a Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother who loved her family completely and unconditionally.

Lillian is preceded in death by her parents Corban and Nora Bell Whipple, her son Michael E Woods, Jr., her siblings; Lois Miller, Margie Cameron, Margaret Burks, Ida Mae Webber, Lorine Roberts, David Whipple, and Charles Whipple.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years Michael E Woods of Clinton, Missouri, three children; Corban P. Woods of Grandview, Missouri, Lisa A. Pacheco (Tim) of Pueblo, Colorado, Nora J. Sweezer (Dustin) of Kansas City, Missouri, three sisters; Mary Wieland (David) of Kansas City, Missouri, Pauline Long (Jim) of Grandview, Missouri and Wilma Ptacek of Kansas City, Missouri, her grandchildren; Jessica Casaus (Leonard) , Dillon Groom, Alan Pacheco, Timmothy Pacheco, Lucas Pacheco, Kelly Barry, Shelly Seelen, Nathan Arfmann, James Arfmann, Kaili Olsen, and Anna Scott, Tasha, Madison, Zoie, Kellie and Zachary Sweezer, great-grandchildren; Owen and Lorali Stock, Lily Smith, Lela Casaus, Olivia Casaus, Kacey Casaus, Hannah Barry, Hunter Barry, Ethan Seelen, Kaylea Arfmann, Braden Olsen,  Elena Olsen, Austin Scott.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
