LeRoy H. Woerner, age 92 of Clinton, Missouri passed away January 4, 2007 at Bishop Spencer Place, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at the Clinton Christian Church with burial in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Tuesday at the church. LeRoy was born in Clinton, Missouri. He was a veteran of W. W. II serving in the Army Air Force in the Phillipines. He was employed by the U. S. Postal Service as a letter carrier, retiring January 13, 1978. He was married to Anita Elizabeth Cooper on September 17, 1948 and she preceded him in death on June 19, 2003. He was also preceded in death by his son, Paul Sherman Woerner on September 22, 1992. He was a member of the Clinton Christian Church, Clinton Masonic Lodge No. 548, Kansas City Scottish Rite Bodies and the Ararat Shrine Temple, Kansas City.

He is survived by his daughter, Jeri Bartunek and one granddaughter, Katheryn Bartunek, both of Overland Park, Kansas.
