Larry Smith, age 69 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Thursday, December 13, 2012 at his home near Clinton. Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-7:30 P.M. Tuesday, December 18, 2012 also at the Chapel. Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Twin Lakes Hospice and can be left in care of the funeral home. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Lavern and Cleffie (Burrow) Smith, two daughters, Deborah Ceballos, and Kim Sperry, and brother, Sherman Smith.

Among survivors are his wife, Carolyn of the home, two sons, Larry Smith, Jr. of Leavenworth, KS, and Bryant Smith of Raymore, MO; daughter, Lori Jones of Clearwater, OK; two brothers, Marion Smith of San Bernardino, CA, and Gary Smith of Phelan, CA; sister, Shirley Potter of Highland, CA; eleven grandchildren, Ashlee Smith, Melissa Sperry, Matthew Sperry, Floyd Sperry, Jonathan Ceballos, Chris Sperry, and Josh Sperry, Brittany Jones, Caleb Smith, Matthew Smith, and Bryanne Smith; and four great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
