Kathleen A. Cooper, 85, of Clinton passed away at her home Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 23, 2009 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Hopewell Cemetery, Montrose, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Thursday at the chapel. Family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association and may be left at the funeral home. Kathleen was born February 13, 1923 in Henry County, Missouri the daughter of Charles B. and Vera Elma Dennis Young. She was married to Charles O. Cooper who preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, Jerry Cooper of Calhoun, Missouri, Jackie Cooper of Clinton, Missouri and Jimmie Cooper of Calhoun, Missouri; one daughter Mary Kay Miller of Blairstown, Missouri and 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
