June C. Whitfield, age 66 of Urich, Missouri passed away Sunday, November 12, 2006 at her home. Memorial services will be 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Urich, Missouri. Inurnment will be at a later date at the Arizona Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Cave Creek, Arizona next to her husband. Arrangements by Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.

June was born in Suffolk Essex, England. She worked as a dietician for several schools and nursing homes. She was married to James William Whitfield who preceded her in death on November 23, 1993. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Urich, Missouri.

She is survived by two sons, Bryan Whitfield of Urich, Missouri and Kevin Whitfield of Phoenix, Arizona; three daughters, Cheryl Whitfield of Urich, Missouri, Kimberly Shaw of Grandview, Missouri and Melissa Dowty of Surprise, Arizona; four brothers, Collin Hare, Mick Hare, Trevor Goddard and Brian Goddard, all of England as well as fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
