June Ann Flinn, age 82 of Clinton, Missouri beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed into everlasting life with our Lord Thursday, July 7, 2011.

Mrs. Flinn retired management with AT&T, Wichita, Kansas after 39 years of service(22 years perfect attendance) locating to League City, Texas with family. She enjoyed conservative politics and local community beautification activities prior to later relocating to Missouri.

She was born to the late Jack and Opal Ferneau, June 2, 1929 in LaSalle, Illinois and raised in Joplin, Missouri. She is survived by three siblings, Betty (Jay) Rodney, Wichita, Kansas, Dr. James (Lana) Ferneau, Columbia, Missouri, and Jerry (Sharon) Ferneau, Joplin, Missouri.

Mrs. Flinn is survived by her two daughters, Lora Flinn, of Clinton, Missouri and Jennifer M (Brent) Burns of Creighton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Michael (Christina) Burns of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Blake (Jessie) Burns of Creighton, Missouri and Whitney Marie Cole of Houston, Texas. Mrs. Flinn is also survived by her three great-grandchildren, Maija Liisa Burns, of Virginia, Natalie Ryan Burns and Dane Thomas Burns of Missouri.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery, Joplin, Missouri. Condolences can be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com.
