Joseph Waggoner, 74 of Windsor, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020 at his home. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com.

Joseph Byron Lynn Waggoner was born August 11, 1945 in Falls City, Nebraska to Marilee (Lollman) and Herbert Waggoner. After graduating from Bellevue High School he joined his father working for the local 464 Steamfitter and Plumbers Union of Omaha, Nebraska.
Joe was an intelligent man who enjoyed reading and loved a good debate. He was also an incredible artist, patriot and avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan.
Joe was preceded in death by his father Herbert Waggoner and daughter Noel Denholm.
Joe will be greatly missed by his mother Marilee Waggoner Gretna, NE; sister Kathy (Mark) Sefren Omaha, NE; sister Barbara Stapp Plattsmouth, NE and son Joel (Joanna) Waggoner Windsor, MO. Seven grand children who he was extremely proud of:  Alyssa (Cory), Travis, Chance, Ayden, Kayla, Kacie, Jase and one great grandchild Hudson in addition to several nieces and nephews.
Joe also had a number of friends spread across the country including Mark and Cheryl Eckerman who he thought of as family.  Joe's life was celebrated during worship services held at his mother's church in Omaha, NE.
