John Thomas Ross, age 47 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at his home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with interment in Iconium Cemetery, Iconium, Missouri. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Truman Lake Youth Sports or American Cancer Society and they may be left in care of the Funeral Home. John was born in Trenton, Missouri the son of Larry Gene and Mary Margaret (Gannon) Ross. He was married to Martha June (Moritz) Ross. He worked for Par-Electric. John was very active in the Truman Lake Youth Sports activities.

John was preceded in death by his father, Larry Gene Ross.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Ross of the home; four sons, Wyatt, Brandon, Jacob and Noah; one daughter, Amber; and his mother Mary Ross all of Clinton; one sister, Julie Agoney of Allensburg, NY; as well as two grandchildren, Parker Ross and Madalyn Ross.
