John William Kampe, age 61, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at his home in Clinton, Missouri. John's wishes were to be cremated. There are no services at this time.

John William Kampe was born on May 14, 1961 in Clinton, Missouri to Cecil and Catherine (James) Kampe.

John loved working in theaters, he started at the age of 16 at Crest Theater and spent his whole life in movie theaters all over the U.S.. His passion was his dogs Michonne and Roger. He loved spending times with friends and family. And John helped make an impact in raising awareness of Breast Cancer fundraising for the Susan Komen Foundation.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother Jerry "Kelley" Kampe.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
