John W. Booth son of Edward M and Wilma W (Hollis) Booth, was born on March 23, 1952 in Clinton Mo, He departed this life on Wednesday, January 30th at St.Lukes East Hospital in Lees Summit, Mo. Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com .

John called Clinton his hometown. He was an electrician for most of his life,  but is probably more well known for his life long love of classic cars. John was always laughing, and was quick to give everyone a smile.
John was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Rex E Booth and wife Susie of Clinton, ,his sister Deanna M White and husband Walter also of Clinton.  He had five nieces, one nephew, and eight great nephews, and seven great nieces.
John was blessed with two children; his daughter Ramona "Michelle" Davis and husband Robert of Roscoe Mo, two grandchildren Dakota and Destiny Taylor, and a great grandchild on the way. Also His son Edward "Eddie" Rex Booth who currently resides in Denver Colorado.
John has requested to be cremated. Donations can be made to help with final arrangements to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in lue of flowers. A celebration of life event will be announced soon by family via Facebook account:
