Joan Mullins, age 85 years, of Windsor, Missouri passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia, Missouri. Graveside services are, January 8,2016 at 11 A.M. at Laurel Oaks Cemetery, Windsor. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the V.A. Joan was born on September 28, 1930 in Stafford, TX, to John and Dolly (Paul) Garoutte. Ethel later went on to marry Grover from this union they had two sons John and Gary. She loved her family, being a mom, fishing, bowling, and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother John Garotte Jr.

Among survivors are; her husband, Grover C. Mullins, two sons, John David of Windsor, MO, and Gary Eugene Mullins of Centerview, MO, two sisters Vi Johns and Joyce Fristoe both of Sedalia, MO, along with grandchildren Amy Witherspoon, Jeff Mullins, and Marci Mullins, and six great great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
