Jimmie W. Blackaby, age 56, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 27, 2014 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Interment will be in Calhoun Cemetery, Calhoun, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jimmie W. Blackaby Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home. Jimmie was born July 13, 1957 in Warrensburg, Missouri the son of Eugene and Roxie (Harwood) Blackaby.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Among survivors are 11 siblings; Rogena Ruth Ragland of Ottawa, Kansas, Roberta Lee Reed of Blodgett, Missouri, William LeRoy "Billy" Blackaby of Holden, Missouri, Eugene Larry Blackaby of Centerview, Missouri, Roetta Mae Barker of Windsor, Missouri, Harold Dean "Blackie" Blackaby of Clinton, Missouri, Roxanna Sue Richey of Warrensburg, Missouri, Roma Jean O'Dell of Lebanon, Missouri, Robert Wesley "Bobby" Blackaby of Clinton, Missouri, Ronda Fay Dizney of Adrian, Missouri and James R. "Buck" Blackaby of Lowry City, Missouri, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
