Jessica Smith, age 35, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 surrounded by her loving family and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service. Inurnment will follow in Vansant Road Cemetery in Clinton, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to C.A.R.E. and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Jessica was born on October 21, 1989 to Harold and Pam Stocking. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, listening to music, especially Marilyn Manson. She loved to spend her days at the lake.

She is survived by her mother Pam and her father Harold, her husband Bryan and her daughters, Jade, Chloe, and Emma, her sons, Nick and Gage, sister, Jennifer, brother-in-law Cody and nephews Caleb, Bentley and Andrew, as well as many other friends and family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
